Is this program good for complete beginners?

Yes — this program was built specifically for beginners and people who feel like they’re starting over. If you’ve never followed a workout plan before, feel intimidated by the gym, or haven’t exercised consistently in a long time, you’re exactly who this is for.

What if I haven’t worked out in years?

That’s completely okay. A lot of the people who come to us are restarting after a long break. We meet you where you are, keep things simple, and help you build momentum without making you feel overwhelmed.

Do I need to be in shape before I start?

Not at all. You do not need to “get in shape” before joining. This program is designed to help you begin from where you are right now — even if that means you’re feeling out of shape, low on energy, or unsure where to start.

How much time do I need each week?

We keep things simple and realistic. The program is designed for people with busy lives who still want real progress. You do not need to live in the gym to start seeing momentum.

Will I get accountability?
